birth positive ™ offers the option of belly casting to our pregnant clients, either as part of a package with doula services or as a stand-alone service.

Belly casting is a wonderful, unique art form honouring the amazing transformation of a woman's body during pregnancy. It offers you the opportunity not only to create a lasting memory of your pregnancy but also to involve your partner in the process.

The session takes place in the privacy of your home and takes around 45 minutes. The cast can be ready to decorate in about 48 hours. Some women hang their belly casts in the baby's room or wait until their child is born and imprint their baby's hands and feet on the cast. Whatever a woman chooses to do with her belly cast, she is always grateful that she took the opportunity to preserve her pregnancy in this creative way. Women are delighted to look back on their casts and marvel at the shape their pregnant body took on!

All supplies required are brought to your home by your birth positive ™ doula when you opt for belly casting either as part of a package or as a stand-alone service.

Cost: $90.00 as a stand-alone or $60.00 when included with doula services.
